Our Services

Designing, organizing, and supporting: that’s our job.
Our services combine expertise, passion, and local presence to ensure each trip is unique, seamless, and 100% Pura Vida.

Here, no “one size fits all” trip

No reheated itinerary, no frozen formula. Here, each itinerary is prepared in-house, like a good ceviche: fresh, balanced, and tailored to your tastes. Your desires, your pace, your budget, your favorites—we carefully prepare them to create a trip that suits you. No need for a precise plan: tell us what you like, and we’ll take care of the rest. Lush jungle, steaming volcano, or secret beach…

Got a problem? Got a doubt? Got a crocodile on the way? We’re here.

A flat tire, a GPS that’s lost its bearings, a monkey that’s a little too tactile? We know. And above all: we’re there. Not 10,000 km behind a switchboard, but right next door—in flip-flops or a 4×4, depending on the emergency. A simple WhatsApp message, and we’ll take action. No “thanks for waiting, we’re opening a ticket,” just “OK, we’ll handle it!”

We speak French. And that’s already a huge relief.

Ever tried explaining a “gluten intolerance” in a soda at 6 a.m.? We did. Bad idea. With us, there’s no misunderstanding: we speak French, whether it’s from Paris, Brussels, or Montreal. Your expressions, your humor, your struggles—we understand everything. And above all, we’re with you from start to finish. Even when your charger disappears deep in the jungle.

No robots, no platforms, no “Thank you for waiting”

Here, there’s no long-winded call center or anonymous advisor hiding halfway around the world. You speak directly to our team, on the ground. The ones who live here, who test the tours, eat gallo pinto in the morning… and know how to spot a tourist trap ten kilometers away. We’re not an app. We’re a real team. In the flesh—and sometimes in flip-flops.

17 years of trekking through the jungle (and counting)

We slept in treehouses, crossed out accommodations infested with cucarachas, and tried dozens of activities—keeping only the ones that were truly worth it. We got up at 4 a.m. to spot the quetzal (spoiler: it was there), tasted fruit juices with unpronounceable names, and attempted a dirt road crossing during the rainy season without a 4×4. In short, we got our shoes dirty, our t-shirts soaked… all to bring you the best. Authentic tours, perfected in the field—not copied from a brochure.
